3 Ways to Handle Exhausting Office Politics - Work It Daily Disregard the political race, the confrontation between President Obama and Governor Romney was nothing contrasted with a portion of the initiative wars I've seen in corporate America. For those of us who have seen firsthand a battle for control over an undertaking, division, or prominent activity, we know this: When the fight is finished and the champ has commended their triumph with supporters, there is an upsetting buildup that must be managed. It resembles an aftereffect, this season's cold virus bug and food contamination all wrapped up into one dreadful wanting: to work with the individuals who battled against you. The two sides endure this extreme disease, which makes for a moving street to powerful cooperation. All in all, how would you manage debilitating workplace issues?
